Is there any kind of shipping fee charged?

No, there are no shipping costs involved with any orders. We have been taking care of it, however, we may add it in the future since the cost is too high

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery duration depends on the destination. Approximately, orders in India are delivered within 5-7 business days. Metro cities are delivered in 4-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive alerts/updates via SMS as well as Email along with the tracking ID.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept all Debit/Credit cards along with Net Banking, UPI and mobile wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik, JioMoney, Freecharge and many more.

Is COD available?

Unfortunately, COD is not available yet. All the payments for the orders shall be made online.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

The customer can update the address only before the product is shipped, and necessary changes will be made by us. You can send an email about the changes you want to make, and we will make it happen.

What happens when I put an incorrect address?

In such an unfortunate event, please drop an email at customercare@ultramile.in and necessary action will be taken.
